Ticket sales for the 2010 festival sales are closed. Check back in early 2012 for ticket information for the March 23-31, 2012 festival!

General Ticket Information

All tickets and passes go on sale on September 10, 2010.

Ticket options available this year include: individual film screening tickets, Passes, and Special Events tickets. There are also several FREE screening events this year. Please see schedule for information about the free events.

Individual screening ticket prices follow regular Ciné ticket prices:
General: $6 matinee / $9 evening, Students/Seniors: $6 matinee / $7 evening

Individual tickets can be purchased at the Ciné box office; Passes and Special Events tickets can be purchased at the box office and on-line at UGA Marketplace. The Ciné box office opens daily at 4pm. Ciné is unable to offer phone ticket sales at this time. Credit cards (Visa/MC) are accepted at the box office. For box office questions, call 706-353-3343. Pass-holders can redeem pass-punches to obtain advance individual film screening tickets at the Ciné box office starting September 10, 2010.

  • Student/Senior Pass

    Students and seniors, we want you to participate in EcoFocus, and this pass is just for you! Students and seniors must present a student ID at the Ciné box office to obtain this pass, which will allow admission to all festival events except for the October 2nd Water War Film Premiere and Party. Festival passes are punch-cards, and can be picked up at the Ciné box office before and throughout the festival. Note that festival passes do not guarantee admission to films. Passes must be presented at Ciné box in exchange for a paper ticket to each film screening, which is required for entry into the theater. Note: Student/Senior Passes do not include admission to the 10/2 Water War Film Premiere. They DO include admission to Opening Night (9/24). Passes purchased on-line may be picked up at the Ciné box office after September 10, 2010.

  • Opening Night with the Filmmakers: Double-Feature and Party

    Help us get the ball rolling!! It's EcoFocus opening night at Ciné! Join us at 6pm for a Festival Welcome and screening of Houston We Have a Problem, a Reception in the CinéLab between screenings, and a 9:30 screening of Bag It.

    Filmmakers Nicole Torre and Suzan Beraza will attend and present their films, host Q & A sessions with audience members after each screening, and mix and mingle with EcoFocus enthusiasts between film screenings at the party in the CinéLab. Filmmaker Nicholas Sherman, who will present his film Soundtracker on Saturday 9/25 at 3:00 pm, will take part in this special night with the filmmakers. Tickets purchased on-line may be picked up at the Ciné box office after September 10, 2010.

    Attendees who wish to come to one film and discussion only are welcome to purchase individual, regularly-priced tickets for either Bag It or Houston We Have a Problem.

  • World Premiere: "Chattahoochee: From Water War to Water Vision"

    Join EcoFocus for a special World Premiere screening and reception event for Chattahoochee: From Water War to Water Vision, a film by Rhett Turner and Jonathan Wickham, co-produced by Red Sky Productions and ZoëTV. The filmmakers will be on-hand to discuss the film after the screening, and will be joined by Sally Bethea, Executive Director of the Upper Chatahoochee Riverkeeper and April Ingle, Executive Director of the Georgia River Network. A dinner reception and party will follow the discussion with food by The National. The film will screen at 7, and will be followed by the dinner reception and party at 8:30 - 10:00 P.M.
